Philadelphia Otology and Neurotology Center

Our Otology and Neurotology Center offers comprehensive care of all ear, balance, facial nerve, and skull base disorders.  Much of the knowledge regarding occupational hearing loss was discovered in our office by Dr. Joseph Sataloff, whose first book on this subject was published in 1957.  We have continued this tradition of excellence in care of hearing and balance disorders.  We offer state-of-the-art diagnostic evaluations, and treatment of all disorders of hearing, balance, tinnitus (ear noises), and skull base tumors.
All of our physicians are experienced ear surgeons.  The medical director, Dr. Robert T. Sataloff, MD, DMA, is fellowship trained in otology,  neurotology, and skull base surgery, and is particularly interested in acoustic neuromas, traditionally unresectable skull base tumors, profound deafness (cochlear implants), birth defects, otosclerosis, and complicated chronic ear disease.  He has been performing and inventing surgery for these conditions for more than a quarter of a century. To make an appointment to be seen by our physicians, call 215-545-3322 or e-mail us at office@phillyent.com.
