The Philadelphia Facial Plastic Center is dedicated to cosmetic and reconstructive surgery of the face and neck.  Dr. Spalla is board certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology and additionally completed a facial plastic surgery fellowship with the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery.  Upon his retirement, the late Dr. Julius Newman named the Philadelphia Facial Plastic Center as the official referral center for his previous plastic surgery patients.
