Arnica Montana

Arnica Montana is a homeopathic remedy used to reduce swelling, bruising and discomfort associated with soft tissue injury.

Although Arnica is available in different strengths and forms (tablets, cream, gel) we recommend the use of at least the tablets.  You may use the tablets and cream /gel together if you wish.
